We combined our insights from the old webshop with the new requirements and instead of the standard theme, created a custom WooCommerce webshop ready to meet the goals.

We gave the new web shop 'buy detectors': at several points in the ordering process, visitors get suggestions. This makes it easy to order a mounting kit with your smoke detector. And if you add something to your shopping basket, you get suggestions from other product categories to complete your order. With quantity discounts it is particularly interesting to order a smoke detector for every floor.

A major problem of all webshops is the high number of returns. So too for Brandpreventiewinkel. The old web shop still caused many returns due to wrongly ordered products. Our analysis showed that the information supply could be improved. All product information was available, but not read or shown in the right place. That's why we came up with Tim, the fire prevention specialist. Together with Tim you can find the smoke detector, fire extinguisher or carbon monoxide detector that fits your living situation.
