Through an integration with the recruitment system, vacancies can appear on the website automatically and applications end up in the right system.
- Sales wants to receive leads in the right system. Through integrations with CRM and marketing tools, website inquiries can be passed on automatically, including relevant form data. With a proper setup, leads reach the right team for follow-up.
It's about the complete workflow. A form on the website is only properly set up when it's also clear where the inquiry ends up, who follows it up, and what happens if the transfer fails.
What do you need to coordinate beforehand?
Work with marketing, IT, and sales to define what the website needs to support. Who is allowed to edit and publish content? Which data should go to which systems? And what requirements apply to privacy, security, and availability?
WordPress doesn't automatically meet all organizational requirements. Some features are available as standard; others require additional setup, integrations, or custom work. Therefore, have it assessed in advance how the proposed solution supports your most important tasks.
