Everything leads to leads
The new website is now set up as a lead-generating website, which at the back end streamlines the sales process and makes it mega-efficient. From downloading a brochure to requesting a demo: all entries for leads lead directly to Zoho CRM via API links, right into the right funnel and thus bite-sized for the Sales department. The HR department is also happy: all job applications now go directly to Odoo Recruitment.


Convincing product pages
As a warm lead, you then only need the information you are looking for to make a decision. Laboratory employees will find everything they are looking for on the new, rich product pages. Including all product features neatly together, images and videos, FAQ and, of course, the relevant entry points for leads - such as requesting a demo or quote, or downloading a white paper. And if they are looking for something else, the clear navigation and smart sidebar for mobile are nearby.

With its extensive knowledge base, Crystallization Systems demonstrates that it is an expert in its business. Existing and potential customers quickly find what they are looking for in the extensive library that includes videos, publications and presentations.
