Experienced UX/UI designer

You will work with fellow creatives to put your design skills to work for our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:

• You will collaborate on branding projects, giving brands a visual identity that makes an impact.
• You will work on corporate websites, lead websites, inspirational websites, recruitment websites and brand stores.
• You start with the concept phase where you take the client's goals as a starting point. Translate these into smooth userflows and wireframes.
• In the design phase, you will visualize this and work on a comprehensive design system so that it can be turned into a working website by our team of developers.

• You have at least 3 years of experience at an online agency.
• You have a good portfolio that breathes online.
• You have experience with Figma or similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• You have experience setting up and maintaining Design Systems.
• You understand the impact of your choices on front-end and back-end code.
• You are used to working with deadlines.
• You are creative and like to think outside the box.
• You work accurately and understand that details matter.
• You have ambition, want to continue to grow and develop yourself.
• You have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are independent, but also enjoy working with colleagues such as designers, developers and online marketers.
• You always try to find out the question behind the question in order to find the best solution.
• You are used to dealing directly with clients. You can present your work well and substantiate choices made.
• You are able to run trajectories from concept, design to development hand-off completely by yourself.

• A full-time position (minimum 32 hours).
